You can also get a ton of vitamin C from bell peppers so it is a good idea to start adding them to your favorite foods. Fighting off illness is easier when you infuse your food with vitamin C-and your food will taste better as well!
Make your diet sugar free. Sugar makes it easier for you to get sick because it makes your immune system weak. Lots of people say that, after they stop eating sugar, they start to feel a lot better. Sugary drinks might taste better when you are sick, it is better to steer clear of them and drink water instead (or tea). Sugar might taste great but it is terrible for your system and it can hinder all of hard work that your natural health remedies are doing to get you well.
It’s easy to find natural health cures to common colds and other illnesses. Take some time to figure out what you already have on hand that can help you feel better before you decide to make a trip to the pharmacy.
